3-Day Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: You may return any unopened and unused products within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will arrange for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Eliquids: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened eliquids.
  • Nicotine Pouches: Opened nicotine pouches cannot be returned.
  • Disposable Vapes: Once opened, disposable vapes cannot be returned.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at khentsltd@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping

Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Shipping: Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will also reimburse your return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

Warranty Claims:

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience an issue with a product that is covered by a warranty, please contact our customer service team for assistance with the warranty claim process.
