   When purchasing from Vaporoyal, we use VerifyMyAge to verify your age quickly and accurately. VerifyMyAge is a trusted age verification provider in the UK, widely used by well-established companies, including eBay. Your personal information is secure, and no credit checks are conducted during the verification process.

What Happens if Age Verification Fails?

If the age verification check fails or is referred, we may request additional documentation (e.g., passport or driving license) to manually verify your age. If you choose not to provide this information, we will cancel and refund your order.

Age Verification Instructions

If you're experiencing issues verifying your age, please follow these steps:

• Check your email for a message from 1account, which will include a link to verify your details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.
• You will be asked to verify your age using one of the following methods: Mobile Phone, Credit Card, Debit Card, UK Driving Licence, Citizencard, National Database, or Electoral Roll.
• Entering your mobile phone number is the quickest verification method. Alternatively, follow the instructions for any other selected option.
• Once verified, your order will be processed and dispatched. You won’t need to verify your age for future orders if you log into your account and your details remain unchanged.
