Shipping policy

We dispatch and deliver orders seven days a week, with free, tracked next-day delivery on all UK orders £20 and over, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This includes Saturday and Sunday with Royal Mail′s new 7-days-a-week delivery schedule.

Monday to Friday

All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 9PM are dispatched the same day.

Saturday & Sunday

All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 4PM on the weekend are dispatched the same day.

We also offer express courier delivery with UPS, DPD and Royal Mail (Special Delivery arrives before 1PM). Monday to Friday cut-off times are 3PM (UPS), 4PM (Royal Mail Special Delivery), and 4PM (DPD). For more information see below.
